Is the E-Ticket Mandatory for Everyone?
Yes. Every passenger has to fill out an E-Ticket with the right information for the General Migration Directorate, the Directorate General of Customs, and the Ministry of Public Health. This is required by laws 285-04, 115-17, 72-02, and 226-06.
